GPS Hood to cut down glare

Yol Bolsun asked that I share this with the group. The hood that I have over my GPS costs ~$30 and can be purchased at the following website.

I have one and I quit using it. It seemed like a good idea but just didn't help that much and it was kind of a hassle when you went to store your gps and put it back on.

You could also try http://www.glarestomper.com/320.html. This one can simply be folded down over the top of the unit and stays put with velcro. No need to take off and put back on.

:agree: The GPS goes on and off the cradle too many times to make a cover worthwhile; if the sound is on, you can hear the directions instead.
