Thanks :D .. getting ready to go now to the car dealership ( taking the Spyder ) for a warranty extension...

21 degrees...testing the Gerbing's.... liner,gloves,socks...riding pants only ...we will see

Seat seems so much wider, but does also seem a little slippery...I have some cleaner and conditioner coming... any suggestions ?

Ride on !!

You will like the seat once you get accustomed to it. I have over 20,000 miles on mine.

There is about a 500 mile break in period for most on the Corbin. I have a little over 20,000 miles on my current one.

Looks comfy. :2thumbs: I may just have to look into one some day.....along with all the other things I want to get for Max! :spyder::yes:

Research it carefully before putting anything on that saddle. Sounds like someone may have conditioned it with something like Armor All. Makes it slicker than ice!

:agree: I am getting stuff specifically made for motorcycle seats. I actually did do some reading on how to clean it and such. Alot mentioned people using armor all and not what is suggested...no worries, will get it..

Was also thinking.. I think another rider mentioned it..that foam/non-slip padding you use for items on your counter. Cut a piece to size and put on the seat when using... Let me know if you have tried this... the stock seat seemed tacky/non-slip...
