I use iMovie '11. Thanks for the positive feedback! A lot of times people watch and don't mention or they choose to be critical. I'm happy to see a fellow Spyderlover showin' some love.

Good stuff.

Man it's so cool that my little videos are making it out to New Zealand. Thanks brother, I appreciate the encouragement. New Zealand would be a dream ride for me. I'm curious...do they rent Spyders there?

Very professional looking! Do you use mutiple cameras, or do you just stop and relocate a single one?

Some link's I've come across for Spyder rentals in New Zealand.

I'm heading over there in February but the guys at the motorbike tours link are all booked up during that month. They told me they were surprised at the interest in the Spyder and should be adding to their inventory soon. I would have loved to have taken the girlfriend on a four day ride around the South Island on the back of one, especially down the West Coast. I think a bit more planning is needed for my next trip.....

Cheers,
Kendrick.

I have one camera (Drift HD 170 Stealth) that I move around to different locations. I go to to Lowe's before a ride and buy a $3 pack of Velcro and stick that little camera in different places trying to get cool views. I also have a tripod that I use sometimes.

Glad you enjoyed it!

Hi,
I loved the video. We are currently in mid summer in New Zealand. If you want info on renting a machine here or shipping yours out to use etc just flick me a message. I am based just south of Christchurch in the South island. Also work in the motor inspesction regisrtration field here.
You still dont see many spyders on the road but they are out there.
Regards Ken

Until the critics are putting up better video or giving you criticism that helps make your videos better then I wouldn't care what they post. Keep doing what you're doing as long as you enjoy it. It's appears to me you have quite a following coming together

.

I have to say I am a little jealous of the New Mexico scenery and look forward to riding in that area this June.

Very nice job! Is IMovie 11 easy to work with? I have an old (7) version and its old and a PITA to work with. How hard is it to locate a song to work with and what about the copyright issue so you can post it on YouTube? Their software works pretty good at detecting copyright music.

iMovie '11 is super easy to work with. And it's not very expensive. As for the songs--I've had a few issues with copyrights. YouTube will either disable the sound completely or make it unavailable for mobile devices. I find that it's helpful to upload a "test song" if it's one you want to use before you do all the video work. That way you know when you finish your project it will have functionality after uploading for the world to see.

Too cool! My daughter and grandson are in Santa Fe, and I plan on visiting them next summer. I don't do cold anymore. My rides this year have been 70 degree days with blue bird skies in Central Florida. Maybe we can get a chance to ride together. I'm hoping to make it to Durango from Santa Fe. I'm working on getting a camera mounted on my Silver GS, doubt my videos will be as cool as yours.
