Hi everyone I just purchased my new :spyder2:about 3 weeks ago a
2010 SE5 and I just love it.I had to raise the foot pegs and the brake pedal because I am a little person.I am only 4'3' but I have been driving snowmobiles and atvs all my life but could never drive a motorcycle because I could never touch the ground. So when I seen the:spyder2:come out I knew I had to have one and now I do. A friend and I came up with raising the footpegs by taking a piece of 1"aluminum rod
and drilling a hole in the center and tapping it out and ran a 8mm bolt up through where the pin was that held the footpeg on then at the top we cut another piece of rod to make a footpeg. It is kind of a proto type for now but it works.Very happy with my new:spyder2:it is awesome.

Pretty good idea on the pegs there... I might look at that to lower mine. I am hoping to come up with a way to have a few positions like the passenger floorboards do on the RT's... I am 6'2" and the lovely wife is 5'1"...

You know, that'd be a nice aftermarket fix, no? I actually like the peg position on my RS, if only it was just a little lower (all my height's in my legs).
