He is one of the lead BRP customer service reps concerning the Spyder. I'm both happy and sad to know him as working with him means you are having major problems with your Spyder, your dealer, or the dealer's Spyder service dept.

Never had to deal with Carlo on a BRP basis. Chatted with him some at Spyderfest. Didn't know who he was till Blinc showed the video. He's a real nice guy!

Today, after my Spyder being in the shop for 3 weeks, I called BRP myself, spoke with a guy named Jonathan. Explained what was NOT happening in the service department, and was told that they would get in touch with the service department and either BRP or the dealership's service department would get back in touch with me.:helpsmilie:

If I don't get this resolved this way, HOW CAN I GET IN TOUCH WITH CARLO?

How do I get in touch with Carlo to help fix the problem with my Spyder, which has been in the shop for 3 weeks now.:mad:

Carlo has a sometimes thankless job-- not one I would want. Unfortunately many end up using him as BRP's 'whipping boy'. :(

Glad he became a Huligan.....:doorag::2thumbs:

Carlo was gracious enough to pose with another "Huligan"

Like someone else said, if you are talking to Carlo, there is probably a major problem, but the good thing is Carlo gets things done, he is very competent, and pleasant to deal with.:firstplace: Which is great, because you are problably about to stroke out with your current situation:gaah::yikes:

The term Huligan was introduced first time by Lamonster in Cuba, MO 2010. It is spelled with "U" instead of "OO" in order to not be confused with some England soccer team supporters.
The title is rank-less, just a proof that you and your Spyder participate in an organized "non-endorsed by BRP performance testing" competition: 1/8, 1/4 mile, street or track. A (free) T-shirt should be supplied by the organizing entity.
Huligans are organized without a central authority, without one leader and it should be in a way that recreates a model for Spyder Ryders worldwide.
