Has anyone looked into a mobility scooter carrier on an RT? I found the carrier below and was wondering if this could work on a RT with the trailer hitch. This would allow my wife (PPMS) to get aound at our destinations. Any opinions/help really appreciated.

I would guess not. That would be a lot of weight on the hitch. Just my thoughts.
Have you looked in Harbour frieght trailers ? They seem to have a few things that need fixed, bearings for one. I would think they would be a good deal.

Thanks. I was looking fror some tech details and couldn't find them on the BRP web site. I will look into small trailers. Any other suggested trailers out there?

My wife and I are trying to figure out how to take her scooter with us on trips. She can't walk far or stand for very long without pain. We are looking into getting a small trailer that we can put her scooter into and pull with our Spyder.

Keep us post on what you come up with.

CycleMate Trailers like the 2000 or 2000 Ltd Looks like it would work if you took the lid off.

We just bought the 2000 off craigslist.

My scooter will fit if we take the lid off.
