here is what i did to make it much easer to shift with seal boards when the boards are flat i had to lift my hole leg to shift with my legs bent at that angle ,so i put a metal peace that my heal could ride on and therfor make it easy to shift with out lifting my leg all the war up.much better.:thumbup::D
