IT's finaly the 15 of marsh. I can ryde legaly....But there is still 6 feet of snow....HAAAAAAAA!!!!!

To much ice and gravel still on the roads to ryde

Can you stud a set for the winter, or do they have to be approved by the crooks first? you should just ride anyways.... But than again the cops in quebec are real priks
