Sorry if this is a dumb question, I've got the saddle bag kit on the way and I'm trying to get the spider prepared while I'm waiting. The problem I'm having is getting the turn signals off. Maybe I'm not trying hard enough, but as I turn the nut on the inside to loosen the bolt the signal turns on the outside and looks like I would break something if I forced it.

If memory serves you just have to hold it tight with your hand while you loosen the nut...

If you don't have ESI's triple play and BRP bag light kit? It would be a great time to install them while you have the :spyder2: apart. They make a world of difference. Here a link to the bag lights and triple play.
