Lamont gopro question

Lamont,

I have an Imac 24 and I have tried a few times to create a project and or edit gopro videos. The only thing I can do on the Imac directly is to play the videos. Indirectly I can download the gopro videos to my Dell pc and then use the Imac to get them and create/edit a project. I believe you have an Imac and was wondering if you can tell me what I may be doing wrong.

If you're using imovie you should be able to do anything you want with the video. About all I do is trim and add sound to my movies. I haven't had time to learn all the cool stuff you can do yet.

I have an iMac 24 and MacBook Pro and have no problems editing my GoPro videos using iMovie.

Could you possibly give me your quick easy steps. As I said I cannot start a project or edit; I can only view.
