seat locked

Anybody with the Nelson Rigg CL950 bags cause the seat not to release? If so how did you get the seat to release. Have been pressing down on the seat while turning the key did not work. Any suggestions?:gaah:

I had the same problem the 1st time i put mine on :gaah: i pulled the velcro straps to tight. Just keep trying, pulling jently on seat while turning key. I leave the velcro straps very loose now :clap:
