Inevitably the evenings are getting a tad chillier already so I just purchased a heated Gerbing's Jacket online for 50% off retail. Tested it last night and really appreciated it.

Thought I'd share the link in case any of you are in the market for heated clothing.

Thanks for the note. It was just the other day I noticed the early morning commute to the office a little chilly. I have quick-disconnect heated grips which have been off for a number of months now. We have a good while yet before the cold really sets in here, but when it does I'm ready. I've been using HotHands from Oxford for two fall/winters now and they work great on my Spyder.

I've recently installed the BRP Ultra Touring 25" shield/system and I can tell it will be an awesome addition for my cold weather ryding to really cut down on the windchill.

Thanks for sharing the link.
Cheers.

LOL! The high here was barely 80 yesterday. Hard to believe I live in Northern California.

It seems awfully hot here in Kansas to be thinking about heated gear but this is probably a good time to start getting prepared before you're out riding and realize that you're freezing your butt off.
We like the Tourmaster Synergy and the FirstGear heated jackets, pants, gloves etc. The Tourmaster Synergy gear is especially good because it comes with everything you need to wire it up and control it. The Firstgear heated apparel requires a Heat Troller controller. I think this is the same system that Gerbing uses. I have tried both brands and they both work very well. As always I'm not on here pimping the business I work for. Just sharing my knowledge about products. I work with riding apparel and accessories everyday and am always willing to help out fellow Spyder riders.

Still lovin the new Blue RT.:2thumbs:

Most of those prices are the regular that you can find on many other webs sites, no great savings there.
