Shortly after my first update to the computer I noticed that the fuel gauge was acting up. It would read a fuel level and then sometimes it would warn of almost empty. Every time the warning light would come on I would stop to fill up but could never get more than a couple of gallons in the tank. Now the gauge reads empty all the time. Is this a sensor or a float that confims the fuel level in the tank? Should this be covered by warranty? I have a 2008 RS that was purchased on October 2008 so I still have some warranty time. I have not had the second computer update as of yet.

Parts and labor should be under warranty.
