ok i read threads on rear fender bracket breaking and said gee i have 22000 miles on my spyder my brakets are fine .... so i checked the other day to find both cracked one almost all the way.... dropped them off with brother to weld ... might play with some aluminum diamond plate i have kicking around but for now..... http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c269/tatt2r/rear.jpg

Hey, I would go for Warranty Replacement.......BRP has known that these brackets are failing when they should not be failing.......these stampings have retained stress from manufacture that crack under vibration......definetly should be covered!!I would give it a try!!!Good Luck!!
