Hi,

I got the link to work on my computer so you can fill in online, print and send w/ payment to preregister.

Just click on the link that says "print this form".

Still didn't get it to work on either of my Pcs, but it did open on my laptop. (new, the latest bells and whistles) Now I just need to get it to a printer.
