Just picked my new blue RTSE5 this morning. After a shakedown ride we experienced our first try at trailering on the new Triton AUT 8210 I bought for it. The ramps to steep. First nick in the cowl. After getting ramp assistance fro the dealer we took off from N IL for S. IN. Halfway through the trip at at rest stop (old man's prostate stop) I looked bacj=k to check the :spyder2: and the rear tie down had broken; so the front were also slack. Nothing keeping in plaace except Park gear and the grace of God - THANK YOU LORD! Two tie downs attached to the rear wheel and the front two reattached we made it home New tie-downs tomorrow top of the list. Unloaded and took a brief celebratory ride. After 40 years riding motorcycles with two wheels it does feel funny. It seems to me even going straght it waddles. Is this something I can correct with suspension? Or a feeling I have to get used to because of the two front wheels? Any way Happy Day!

Just dropped of my RT at the Dealer for 600 mile check. It has been great, even better then the RS. Nearest best dealer (ASK, Grove City, OH) is 60 miles away, so I had to trailer it over there.

I trailed the RS to MS (I know, old man wimp, 75). I tried using extra ramps which fell over and rubbed a spon on the RS fender. I use a 12 ft landscape trailer ( with 4 ft) ramps on back and I have found by disconcecting the trailer and raising it as far as it go in front with the jack, Then supporting the back of the trailer with screw jacks, A Spyder can driven right on and off.
