I tried on the Nolan N43 Trilogy and the Scorpion Exo 100.
Both in size small.
Both have the internal sun visor that pulls down.
The N43 is very tight on my 55cm head; it says its for 55-56 cm hat sizes.
The Exo100 fit well.

Given the loud engine roar of the RTS, the N43 may be better for a quieter rider. But the Exo comfy the wear.

How much will the N43t padding wear and crush as it gets worn in?

Options?

I was looking at the EXO 100 but went with the AGV Blade 3/4 face helmet. Very light weight and comfortable. I wear a XS (that is what my Shoei is). The AGV fits a little less snug than the Shoei.

The EXO 100 is a nice looking helmet though. :2thumbs:

Why not broaden your search and compare the HJC IS 33 above.
Drop down visor and all for about $110 at newenough.com ?:dontknow:

I have the Nolan N43 and like it a lot. I also have a Nolan N-com 103. I like the lightness of the N43 and after a couple of months I have not noticed any degradation of the padding. I don't like the chin bar on the N43 so I wear the helmet as an open face unit with the shield still attached. When I feel I need more protection, I go back to the N-103.

I liked the HJC IS-33, BUT, when i put on my glasses, the inside foam jams my glasses up into my eye socket! NOT glasses friendly.
so this choice is OUT!

My thoughts after more than a few helmets over the years: buy the one that fits well. Too tight of a helmet creates pressure points. Those annoying contact points will drive one bonkers in a short period of time.

If you feel noise is an issue, use a good set of ear plugs.

Happy Ryding!

Use ear plugs all the time... Noise is an issue.

I decided on the Nolan N43 Trilogy. I tried on one at a shop (wrong color). The owner said thay are selling out all over the place and Nolan cant keep up with demand.

The 3/4 will help with the noise like my Shoi Multitec. The Scorpion exo100 is more of a half helmet and will not help with noise. As for the size... I went with the small. It fit. My Shoi is a Medium and has become loose.
