Bike stalls soon as I shift to 1st gear..

Not clear whats going on..When I start up my bike. Bike is in Neutral but when I go to shift into 1st gear it stalls and shuts off..Then the modes read check engine and limp home. Then no message at all. I will go out again soon to give it a try again.:pray:

I seen a dealer take the key away from the bike a good distance,for a minute, when I had the first update done. Might be worth a shot.

run the check to get the codes..the codes don't alway, never for me, just present themselves. Turn it off, then back on, set the display to total hours and then start, after check engine light comes on, hit the high beams 5 times to get the code. Might have to take it to the dealer anyway though, sounds strange.
