I'll be heading up to this at some point that weekend. Who else in the Charlotte area wants to go? There is also a charity ride that weekend sponsored by WBT.com and Matthews Fun Machines that I'm probably doing.

Would love to see and meet some of you local people.

These are the BRP trucks bringing spyders into a parking lot for demo rides... Supposed to be in the Bass Pro Shop parking lot area... Both Rock Hill Dealer and Lake Norman Dealer are sponsoring...

Hey guys , sounds like FUN to me , i went to a few Demo-Rydes in '08 and enjoyed meeting all the interested folks and helping out by anwering a swarm of ?'s about the Spyder . Brian and/or Matt were always willing to help me out with my parking brake issues I was having at the time

They have decent wings and stuff... Prices are good. They are on same road as the shopping center but across I-85 on the east side of the interstate, on the north side of the road.

Weather is looking like crap right now with 70% chance of rain so I am going to play it by ear. Worse case, we meet up in two weeks if you are open. Tuff to get out of the area right now with the wedding coming up, boys playing soccer and me trying to not to hurt any dumb parents that think thier kids are the next soccer star.

Yup... Crappier up on your side. So far this am it looks like Charlotte will be the eye of the weather so to speak. Saying Sunday will be nice during daytime. Looks like the charity ride tomorrow is looking good weather-wise as well.

Charity Ride was perfect.. Weather cooperated.

Got to the BRP Demo lot about 3:45.... Couple of owners were there but must have been on the other side of the tent... They pulled out and we never caught each other.... I think they are a husband and wife that live in the area. John???

Amazed at the flow of people at the demo... Spent a lot of time chatting and being an advocate. BRP guys finally packed up and took off... I was trying to leave and seemed had to answer questions between every article of gear I was putting on.

Got caught in a little rain on the way home... May head back up tomorrow depending on weather.

If anyone still wants to meet for grub at 12 or later... let me know.. I can bring the car instead of the Spyder.

hey Guys , I got there about 11 am and hung around till 2 30 , met alot great folks interested in the Spyder and ate lunch @ TGI Fridays , mmmmmmmmmm . I hate i missed you Dan ... I met Ed and his wife (his was yellow,hers red) they demo'd a RT and loved it ... I want to make plans for this years " NC SpyderRyders " infestation to coincide with one of the "FREE" concerts in downtown Raleigh ... If i can generate enough interest ......

You know... After sitting on the comfort seat while there... Not sure it is all that great, even for the $400.
