Does anyone know if Amtrak will take Spyders (my Dad and I each have a Spyder RT due for delivery in April) on the Autotrain between Lorton, VA and Sanford, FL?

Thanks,
Ben

"Amtrak's Auto Train is a one-of-a-kind service in the U.S., enabling travelers to take along their car, small van, or motorcycle when they travel along the east coast."

wow, the more I look at the details, the more tempted I get to take a ride on this train. A 17 hour train ride could be fun knowing that on the other end I can cruise around florida on my Spyder...

the official amtrak site limits motorcycles to only 2 wheels, so it looks like the Spyder may absorb the regular vehicle price.
Bedrooms also look cool.

Call and ask...of course they'll take your spyder...give them money, they'll take anything! I wonder if they have AAA discount...you should ask...
