Can anyone point me to a similar "port" which has a spring loaded cover? I've had this kind in years past and the cover tended to break off. Have also had one spring loaded but can't remember where I got it. I'm not concerned about the plug in wire shown below; just the port itself.

I use this on my sled,https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/gerbings-lighted-onoff-switch?sku_id=716682

The above works well on my sled Plus it has an off/on switch.

Also, try this https://www.gerbing.com/panel-mount

Easier to add a pouch to the frame next to the left knee (Hopnel or LaMonster drink holder) and put the wired controller in it. Pull out the cable/s when you need to connect to the liner. Then get the wireless controller and mount to the handlebar.
