Found this From BRP :-

BRP is recalling 2022 Can-Am Spyder F3 and F3-S vehicles. The rearview mirror lenses may dislodge from the housing. Call your dealer for a free repair.

With all of the issues with getting 2022's into peoples hands I would say this is the first in many more to come for the 22's.

For those of you that don't follow Facebook...

Edit: Just noticed this is from the Australian Owner Zone so it might apply only to F3's sold in Australia.

Well, I guess I wasn't the only one! My left mirror mysteriously fell off on my garage last September and I started a thread about it: https://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/showthread.php?150821-2022-F3S-left-mirror-fell-off-overnight-in-the-garage

The dealer had a replacement part a couple of months ago but I had already put the Sypder in storage. I'm guessing that part is probably not acceptable. I'll bet that BRP fixed an issue. My guess was that they didn't shoot the plastic mold properly and had some brittle plastic.

I sure hope my '22 doesn't have any serious problems. I can live with a bad mirror. So far the other hasn't fallen off. The recall states that they will replace both sides. I received the letter today.

Have any 2022 owners had their mirrors replaced yet? I'm still waiting for the parts to arrive at my dealer.

When you say F3, do you mean F3-T and F3-L? I have a 2022 F3L ... are my mirrors "shaky"? to maybe fall off while riding?

I'm still waiting for my 2022 F3-S to be built. The dealer did say it had a mirror recall they had to do on it. They supposedly had the parts. Hope to pick it up on Tuesday.
Have there been problems with the 2022 models? Hope not.

From the linked Recall notice:

.....
Which models are involved?

2022 Can-AmŽ Spyder F3 and F3-S vehicles
.....

So as far as BRP are concerned, you're in the clear.

Let's just hope that owners/operators of the L & T Spec F3's agree!

I had my 2022 F3-S mirrors replaced at the dealer a couple of weeks ago. So far they're still attached to the assemblies.
