Is there a LinQ rack to fit F3 base model?

Hello:

I won the new BRP Urban bag for the LinQ system. Of course, the base plate is available for the Ryker and some F3's, and RT models. I would like to see if a way can be devised to carry this bag on my F3 base. I can buy a rear rack, but have not seen a rear rack that has the LinQ attachments. Any ideas? Dealer suggests I buy a new bike ;)
