Posted the Build here:

We spent 10 days camping off grid with the trailer I built this spring. Everything worked out great and with a few additions we will be ready for our ride to Alaska next year. I really like having 5 gallons of water because some Forest service campsites don’t have potable water. The solar panel works great and the Executive chef likes her kitchen.

I would say you cracked it with the Executive chef likes her kitchen comment.

Jane would have loved something like that back when we had the two Spyders. Great job!

The finished product is spectacular. If you need a part time job I think it would sell!

Glad you are calling it a kitchen since you didn't hang up one of them triangle thingies used on a chuck wagon to call everybody to meals. :joke:

How does your shock mounted trailer hitch work out?

That looks super-slick! I'll be checking out your build. Wish I was handy that way.
