Can multiple items be plugged into the 12v accessory plug using a splitter? I want to run led lights from the plug instead of a direct connection to the battery.

Unless you upgrade the wiring .... it will depend on what LOAD you plan to have on the system ..... LED's are very low POWER draw .... so a single " splitter " would be fine ....IMHO .... Mike :thumbup:
