I consider myself a meatatarian.
I did some BBQ the other day,. MMMmmmmmmmmmmmmm good:chat:

Bottom is beef rib. Top is ???? ANybody care to guess the little critter I smoked?:ohyea: I never tried this before, it was very good.

i will guess a Fox or Coyote. whatever it is they both look sooooo good right now! and i just ate a buffalo burger and some alligator yesturday! :2thumbs:

thats what i thought too, but arent they kinda scronny looking? or is that normal size? :dontknow::popcorn: i have never eatten or seen venison ribs.:(

Lamb it is,

I never tried it smoked before, and Im not a fan of Lamb, but it's darn tootin good when you do it like this. This was super good, nice and juicy. I think I nailed it right on with the BBQ time.
The beef as always is superb:ohyea:

I love lamb but never had it bbq'd - you can cook some up for us when you come visit - just tell me what I need to buy.:thumbup:

I had about the best BBQ I have ever had so far and it was this summer in St. Louis,MO. at a place called super smokers,awesome :2thumbs:

Theres some good meat on the cheeks, and around the eyeballs apparently. I'll try it someday.:chat:
