Excellent video Martin. I have a similar Aussie made bar fitted to my F3 and can vouch for it's effectiveness in the sport position. Haven't tried the touring or comfort setting, that's not my thing but don't doubt it would still be a notable increase over stock. Mine came with a small packet of grease to use on the locating bushes as well. Instructions said plastic links were ok to reuse but I opted for the alloy versions as I could flex the plastic ones which to me defeated the purpose of the bar a bit.

you know I am always honest. We did test on those plastic links,. and they can keep up pretty well over the big pressure,. I mean, they dont break until certain pressure.. and its pretty big one, we are talking TONS.. but they will move and twist and that is something i dont like. as i say, its one time investment for the life of spyder, so i like to do it proper way :)
