Spyder puttering between 1 and 2nd gear

I had my spyder for 2 months some upgrades juice box muzzy exhaust green filter was running fine till last week taking off on first gear she started buttering and shuting off and u see the reverse light and the neutral light blinking when she starts hesitating realy getting the best off me took it to the dealer for the steering update and they told me that it was the neutral switch adn that they will order it for me to bring the bike next week has anyone experience this sme problem

Yes, it's been quite a common problem. Referred to as GPS.....gear position sensor. Dealer will cover under warranty.
