Has anyone modified the stock muffler on the 1330 to make it louder? Can baffles be removed or drilled out? Any suggestions or is this a bad idea?

The stock muffler has quite a few chambers in it. Wouldn't be cost effective to destroy it. Cheaper to just get a cat delete pipe..

I have cut open a 1330 RT muffler off a 2014 to 2019 model. There are no true internal baffles. It is a chambered muffler, sort of like a Flowmaster.

No doubt you could cut it open and remove or drill the chamber walls, but doing so may gain nothing but noise or could even diminish power output.

The muffler on the right is available.
$100 ?? Just collecting dust. Has at least one sound insert installed. Use with or without cat delete. Not too loud down low but barks a bit starting at 5K rpm.
Dennis 608-347-7959 for pics or more info? Cost me $650

According to Shawn Smoak, the F3T/L muffler has a little more growl. If I could find one cheap, I'd try it out.
