Brand new 80 miles from dealer to home... 2020 RT sounds like brake pads a touching rotors all the time?!

All Disk Brake Pads lightly touch the rotors all the time. It's part of the design. You can tell if they are pressing too hard on the rotors by riding a distance without using the brakes. Then pull over without using the brakes at all except for the final stop. It's best to use an infrared heat gun to check the temperature of each rotor. But you can do it with your hand if you are careful. First, move the back of your hand near the rotor surface without touching it. The back of your hand is much more sensitive to heat than your palm or fingers. If you feel no heat, then quickly, lightly touch the rotor. If you still feel no heat, you can then hold your hand on the rotor. Do this for each one. They should all be the same, cool temperature.

I think you'll find that you do not have a problem. But, if you find 1 or more hot rotors doing this. Then you need to get back to the dealership and have them check it out.

Good Luck!

Added Note;
If you do find a rotor that is significantly hotter than the others, then you probably have a sticking pad or caliper piston. That needs to be looked at right away. Should have included this with the original post.

Go through the brake break-in process, they may need to be seated. If you don't know what that is, it's three or four hard brakings, in succession, from 40 mph down to 20 mph.
