SE6 Shifter Lever Springs

Has anyone had any issues with the small springs in the shift lever mechanism on the left hand handle bar control. I have had one break causes me shifting issues, I have replaced it with one that I happened to come up with but prefer to get suitable replacements. Contacted BRP they referred me to my dealer. Can only get the complete control unit ($400+). Would really like to find just the springs. Anyone have any info or source for these or had the same issues.

Yes, tried several substitutes but stock works very well.
