I ordered a replacement windshield for my 15 RTL and somehow the order got messed up. I had ordered a windshield without a vent. I'm guessing that in an effort to make up for time lost in the move, my windshield shipped with a vent. I received the windshield yesterday and called F4 to speak with Kim (whom I had been dealing with), but got Don on the phone. I explained what had happened and I was discussing a way that we could resolve the issue when Don said that it was their mistake and that I should just keep the windshield with the vent. Never, in my 72 years, have I received that kind of customer service! If anyone is considering replacing the OEM windshield on their Spyder, I HIGHLY recommend F4 Customs!
