I just spoke with Garmin customer service and they told me that the new Garmin ZUMO XT comes with free lifetime maps, they no longer designate their products with the "LM" designation anymore.

And.........even better news with the XT........It will download map and firmware updates via WiFi so you don't have to hook the GPS up to your computer and go through the Garmin Express app anymore. You can still do it that way, but why? Very nice!
