7 X 12 should do it. Spyder is 5.6' wide

The rear opening ( not just the ramp width ) only needs to be 6 ft. .... when I added a cover to my flat bed Toyota Tacoma pk-up it measured 5' 6" wide ( I have pics in an album ) .... my 14 RT never hit the sides because I screwed down Rails ( like in a car wash ) to the floor .... I could drive in with my eyes closed and not hit ..... Mike

I brought my 2019 RTL home in a 6' x 10' utility trailer with room to spare. The 2020 models are a bit longer and wider, but it still should work.

I just moved a ‘17 RT-S with a 6 x 12 U-Haul trailer. They have one model with a (short) ramp, but it won’t work. The ramp is too short and the rear opening is only 5’ wide. Their model with no ramp has a 6’ opening and I used my own ramps.

7x10 or 7x12, a little extra room doesn't hurt. And, i see that Harbor Freight has the rack and strap tie downs that BK911 recommends. They are reasonably priced too.

:agree: With extra room as well as :lecturef_smilie:caution NOT to use a cover when trailering
:yikes:wind flutter will scuff paint awfully quick:barf: a fully enclosed trailer good investment for alternative storage options too.

Northern Tool sells a nice 6' X 10' aluminum trailer for just under $2,000. I have one for my 2018 RTL and have logged thousands of miles and NO issues.. the tailgate opens down and the Spyder's front end does not touch when loading...
I believe Tractor Supply sells a very similar one also.. good luck and wishing you miles of smiles riding your Spyder!!

:agree::agree:If you are not trailering the bike all the time, a 6'x10' should work fine. No need to spend a lot for a larger trailer that is not necessarily needed. But if you are able to get bigger, at the same price point, go for it. I actually modified a foldable 2 bike trailer for use with my spyder. It is bare minimum size, but it gets the job done very well. My goal is to never need it, but I will have it if necessary.
