I've never said anything here but let me give you some guidelines for where you should make a post. It's not a big deal if a post get's made on the wrong board, I can move it, it will help though if you just follow these guidelines. :doorag:

Spyder General Discussion (http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=2)
This is mainly for Spyder or motorcycle talk. It's a good place to talk about rides, gear or any type of news related to the Spyder or Motorcycles. Some topics may fall in between a Shop Talk and a General post and that's fine, just try and keep the pure Shop Talk stuff on that board.

Spyder ShopTalk (http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=3)
A good rule of thumb is this is where you post things that you would be asking your service manager if you were at the dealer. You wouldn't ask your salesman what the torque is on your axle, you would ask your service guy. Same with Shop Talk, this is where you ask questions or give tech type advice about the workings of your Spyder. If you put those type of post on that board it makes it easier to find later and there are those who hangout on that board more than the General board that will be able to help you with your problem.

Enabled SpyderLovers (http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=128)
I started this board to make it a little easier for those guys and gals that have some sort of disability to share mods with each other and to be able to look those mods up in one area. This doesn't mean that they can't post on the General or Tech board too, I really hope they do. We have a great group of guys and gals that have a real passion for riding and have not let their physical limitation get in the way of that passion.

How To- Step by Step (http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=4)
This board is NOT to be used to ask questions on how to do something, it's there for those of us that have taken the time to document how to do something on the Spyder.
Now you can ask a question within a "How To" post but please don't start a new post asking that question, use Spyder Shop Talk for that.

4 Sale by Owner and WTB (http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=7)
This is one of the perks of being a member here. You can sell your Spyder or parts you don't need anymore here. You can also place a Want To Buy "WTB" ad here. This has been a pretty active board and parts move pretty quick here. This is all at no cost to you as a member. This is NOT a place for vendors to sell their products so please respect that.

My Spyder Mods (http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=9)
The only post that should be started here is a post about your Spyder mods. This is not a place to ask about mods unless it's in a post already started by a member about their Spyder.

Support and Testing (http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=8)
The first post on this board is How to videos on using this board (http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8044)
If you have a question about using the board it should be covered there. This board should be used to test your avatars and sig pics too. Anything that would be considered you just playing around to see how something works should go on this board.

Local SpyderLovers Chapters (http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=15)
These boards are to be used to keep in touch with guys and gals in your local areas to get together for rides and events. You can still post events on the General board if you like too because some outside of the area might still ride to that event like Daytona or Sturgis.

Off Topic Board (http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=125)
I consider this board one of those nessesary evils. It's not a big deal that some off topic post show up on the General board. The problem is I have to draw the line somewhere and if you post something on the General board and it gets moved It's not because I'm picking on you, I either just saw that post and moved it where it should go or someone reported it to me and I moved it. There are a lot of cool things both personal and just stuff on the web that is good to share with the members. This board should be used for that. If you know it's off topic to start with then please use the board that was created for that.
Read the rules too before posting.
