Hi, from Langhorne Pa. Been on 2 wheels (yahama, suzuki, honda, harley) for 23 years. Started to get tough holding the harley up (softail) and at 5'1, it started to be more like work than fun. I tried a harley trike (hateful ride) and someone suggested can am. I rented one for a day and loved it. I got a 2014 limited that was pristine and absolutely love it. Only problem is... only one dealer close to me (20 miles) who is proficient in servicing them. Hopefully, I won't need to use him too much except for routine service. Doesn't seem like too many can am riders in my neck of the woods. If anyone has any ideas for service in Bucks county area, I would appreciate a heads up.

:welcome: and :congrats:

A dealer that is good and only 20 miles away is very good. I am looking at 70 - 150 miles from here for the nearest dealers.

Welcome to the forum Gbdola. You can find some information on Pennsylvania dealers in the state area of the forum, look near the bottom of the page and click on Pennsylvania for information. Smith Marine is a very good dealer with very good service department reviews. I have bought parts there and they were very good, great price fast shipping. I think your in good hands there. You can find more dealers with very good service departments that I know of, but they are about 130 mile away from you.

Welcome to the forum. Have fun riding the Spyder. 20 miles to a dealer is not bad. Nearest dealer to me is 35 miles. Next closest is about 70 miles, after that is is 100 or more miles. At least the closest one is a good one.

I drive 135 miles to my preferred dealer.

There is one as close as 15 miles, one 60 miles, and another 75 miles but they are not my preferred dealer for service.

Mr. gbdola,

Congrats on the new ride. Consider yourself lucky, a proficient dealer within 20 miles would seem like a blessing to a bunch of us. I ride 90 miles one way and my dealer is very average in quality.

Welcome - For a Can Am 20 miles to a dealer is short distance really - mine is 220kms!!!!!! But asking questions on here sometimes (most of the time) is better than taking to dealer :)

Don't know your city but I can offer there is a great Spyder riding group near Pittsburgh.
I used Mosites (east of PIT) for service and repairs.

Like others have implicated. A good dealer and service department is worth going to. I have a dealer about 10 miles away, but I prefer the service department of the one that is about 70 miles away. It's worth it.

My dealers are 100 to 120 miles away. Fortunately they both have good service departments. Welcome to Spyderlovers. Post soon and post often with pictures of your rides.
