Hi,
I have a 2018 RT Spyder, after a 120 mile drive yesterday. Went to get back on and take another ride and it wouldn't start. Turned it on and it flashed "check key" and had a clicking sound in the upper left area of the bike and would not start. We checked the fuses, relays and battery and all seems ok.
Any ideas on what might be happening?

IT also has orange ! on left lower part of screen.

Got it working again--It was a blown position F5 fuse that powered up the ECU. It was hard for the mechanic to detect because it was being back fed from something else. The fuse was hot on both sides. Replaced the fuse now we are on the road again.
The clicking sound was the throttle body.

Check to be sure your battery terminals and grounding points are all tight. The grounding points should be listed in your owner’s manual

The Clicking sound usually indicates a low battery or a loose cable connection.

Suspense is killing me. What did you find and did you get it fixed?

The clicking is insuficient battery power from a failing battery or a connection problem. Try a jump start from a car (engine off) and see if you can start it. Now the key issue could be the DESS problem some have been having that does require some parts changed and the dealer can help you with that. If it is the DESS you may not be able to do anything till it is fixed.... could be the wrong key....

We are taking it into the dealer this afternoon.
