Howdy;

Wow son, yer a giant, lol!

Don't know if this helps, but there is some good info on windshield size versus protection here (I assume it's an RT - but there is info for F3's there as well) :

If it's in good shape, sounds like a deal - but 25" given yer height may not offer full protection if that is yer goal - but certainly more than yer 16 incher.

Good luck!

Depends on where your line of sight preference will be. I found the brp tall is shorter than stock and never used it. Went with the f4 extra wide and tall.

Yes, but - if the shield does not do what you want it to, it's no bargain. It's like buying a bargoon riding jacket that you can't zip up :D

Only 6'-4" ? I'm 6'-6" I have a 25"er vented shield also and I put on one of these...MRA 4025066125036 X-Creen Clear Bolt-On/Add-On Variable Windscreen Spoiler Blade
Sold by: Amazon.com Services, Inc and I absolutely love it. Line of sight is between the two shields. And it keeps rain,exhaust and crap from collecting on the rear of the Spyder. I highly recommend it.

F4 wide and tall works best for me . The Show Chrome is too short and SCRATCHES easily. Only 6 feet .

Nobody can give a good answer to this because the OP didn't state what he is hoping to accomplish and what he/she wants. What works best for one person won't necessarily work best for another because everyone has different preferences and the OP didn't state what his/her preferences were.

For what little it's worth, I am also 6'-4" with 35" inseam and I have the stock BRP shield on my 2017 RT (unfortunately it's not here so I can't measure it but I know it's stock). My stock windshield is just perfect for me; if I raise it to the max, I'm fully behind the shield and the airflow goes over me and the wife. If I lower it all the way down, I get a nice breeze that's really needed on hot days here in Las Vegas. I can also lower it just a bit to where I can just see over the top and still get lots of air. That's what I want. I would guess that a 25" windshield would put ME fully behind the windshield no matter whether it would be up or down. I personally wouldn't want that. But maybe the OP wants to be entirely behind the windshield all the time, and if so I'd guess that should do a fine job. It ALL depends on what the OP wants to accomplish.

I use the vented 23" and am 6ft tall. It is substantially better than the stock shield even though it's narrower but only if the vent is open.
The air from the vent gets swept upwards along with the air coming under the shield and it produces a quiet, turbulence free riding area. I look over the top when it's at full up position but the air flowing up the inside diverts the outer air upwards and has the effect of a screen a couple of inches taller without the disadvantage of the tall screen.

Riding a Spyder with a standard screen now feels uncomfortably turbulent.

I ride an RT.

Not sure how tall my stock adjustable height windshield is on my 2019 RT L. But I'm 6'4" and in the highest position, I don't feel any wind at all. I think it is 25" tall but not sure.

As the owner and lover of the BRP vented shield, i think you will love it. height? idunno. Height is generally fixable. What you will gain is a near total lack of buffetting - at even warp speeds. Good luck. My bet is if it is short, you will be able to sell it later.

Take a look at a new California Scientific windshield. It comes in several heights. the guy that owns the place can walk you through the height requirements.
