.. i used one -last year ..
very good quality also the bluetooth works perfect - better than on my new Givi xzero1
i changed because..in compare with the givi
very heavy and very loud if you go faster..
but all together a good helmet..

I bought one and liked the helmet very much. However when paired with an iPhone, which is my current phone, the volume on the bluetooth was too low to be effective. This was not an issue with the helmet though, when pairing with a Razr it resulted in twice the volume output so it was an iPhone problem.

Please note, this was before iPhone 3.0 which supposedly addresses many bluetooth issues, so it might be worth another test. Unfortunately for me, I sold the helmet a few months back. :dontknow:
