Where can i get this light from RT 2012 rear brake

A few years back i purchased this tail light I dont remeber where i got it from does anybody knowI need to replace it most of the LED are blown

I am having trouble uploading the picture but its a strait strip that runs across the top of the bottom of the rear trunk
