F3 Handlebar change out - K&N oil filter number- Shop manuals

Good Day to All: GF has a 2018 F3 with semi-auto Tranny. She needs a little longer handlebars, a couple inches would make all the difference, is there enough slack in the harness? Anyone done this job before? Also, need a K&N filter number, and if available a downloadable shop manual. Thanks & Happy Trails
