So it has been raining A LOT up here in New England.
I checked the BRP blog and no mention of their Laconia ride north from Laconia.

I went to Laconia today (Saturday) and NO BRP found anywhere. No even a banner.

No other spyders either. I rode in my SUV because of two minor issues; penting rainfall (I have a 2 hr trip) and 2) Juice box wiring issue (see other post).

Yeah, I didn't even see them mentioned on the Laconia Events website...

The rain has made me hesitate going up there (had enough bad weather ryding for a while) but I was thinking of heading up to Shelburne museum and seeing the "full throttle" exhibit (http://testing.shelburnemuseum.org/exhibits/detail.php?id=37#) on three floors, even if I drive by truck.

It's there 'til October.

Hello all....the Spyder owners ride was GREAT on Thursday June 18th....All who missed it....don't miss it next year!! We met at Funspot and took off from there. Rode through the mountains to North Conway and had a complimentary lucheon from Bellini's Ristorante Italiano...absolutly to die for!! They opened up just for the Spyder owners...they are usually just a dinner restaurant. Boy did we feel like rock stars! We left there and stopped by Profile Powersports (Conway, NH Spyder dealer) One of the Spyders was low on coolant. The dealer GAVE us a quart of anti freeze to make sure we were all set for the rest of the ride. I know it is just a quart, but that was nice! We then went back to Laconia where there was a country concert with Blake Shelton and Craig Morgan...We all got to meet them and have our pictures with them.....What a fantastic day, ride, LUNCH, people, and concert. Do not miss this next year!! :2thumbs:

That'd be great, vt! Haven't seen you since the snowy-diner-banner-day!

I'll pester tatt2r and the CT folks HDX, Smylinacha, and SpyderByter and maybe we can all swing up there to that bike exhibit (http://testing.shelburnemuseum.org/exhibits/detail.php?id=37#), then to a diner, then you can tour us around!

If it ever gets sunny again...

:(

Ooops!

How could I forget you, Marilyn!

(Then again, my children are used to me calling them "the girl" and "the boy" since I forget lots of stuff.)

Did you say Sunny!...Whats that? :dontknow:

Sure, I'd be glad to meet up again with everyone. If you all could come up for a couple of days that would be even better. It would be nice to tour up towards the North East Kingdom, as well as the Lake Champlain region. The only time that won't we good for me is the weekend of July 18th and the weekend of August 2nd. I'm involved in a charity Dragon boat race on those two dates. I do plan to take a week off from work in August sometimes.
