Yes, you will need spline lube. Its is not regular grease.

I just had mine replaced at 12000 miles. It was covered under warranty.

Any thoughts about installing Lamonster's tensioner idler roller upgrade? Seems like a big improvement over the stock roller. But is the original roller trouble prone?
If the roller upgrade is a good thing to do, is the original arm dependable, or is a new assembly in order?

Do you already have the OEM idler pulley kit? There are a few people that make an upgrade of sorts - you might want to look at some of the threads about the subject before deciding on which to go with. I have the OEM kit on my 2016 and it is working fine still after 7k miles.

I haven't had a chance to look yet....did my F3L come with a tensioner? Garage cold, me old.
