We have seen a nice magnesium in the neighborhood near Thun Field. We hope to have a chance to meet other riders. We just missed the ride in August, they had to put ours together that weekend. I am a member of SRA and will be transfering my membership up there, or maybe making a new chapter with a few other ryders. :) Sadly I will be becoming a truck driver so my Ryding will go down until I can buy my own truck and make modifications to it to be able to haul my Spyder WITH me in the truck. :doorag:

saw a second one on my way from PA to Sequim looked like an grey or silver RS with 2up.

I live on the eastside in Bellevue and have yet to see a spyder. I am normally on my bike now but no luck outside myself and joe (wukka) riding together couple of times a year.

Come to Oyster Run Sept 27 and meet at the Farmhouse and ride into Anacortes together at 0930hrs. You will see lots of Spyders :yes:. The Farmhouse is 9 miles East of Anacortes on Hwy 20. Meet and Greet (breakfast if you wish)from 0700hrs to grand parade to town at 0930hrs.

I am a 50+ year resident of Soap Lake. Don't know of any other Spyder riders in the near area.

Live south of Olympia off HWY 12/old99 close to South Sound Speedway.
Ride every chance we get (always 2 up), usually 150/200 miles around the area on each trip.
Have seen over the last few years an increase in Spyders on the road within 70 miles or so of home, but only 1 real contact made - while on a long trip to Oregon for vacation!
Sometimes see 4-6 in a group, but always going the other way. No idea where they are from around here.


We have a 2014 RTL in Cognac (or as most people call it "Burnt Orange") purchased June of 2014.
Currently approx. 21,000 miles.

I was over 60 years in Seattle area. Spent many nights at Bainbridge just south of the Town and Country at the QCYC out station next to the city dock. Sold the boat and became a desert person....

Will be doing our annual West Coast tour this summer. We will be back in Washington the last week of July. Heading across the North Cascades to Anacortes. On to Roche Harbor, south to Port Ludlow, Bainbridge Isl., then on down to Oregon. I really don't miss the rain but this time of year, look forward to getting out of the desert heat. One of my favorite rides is doing highway 20 from one end to the other. Includes mountain passes, ferry, and dry desert-like terrain. Lots of great towns along the way. Miss it a lot..... Perhaps see a few Spyders on the way. If you see a grey RTL pulling a matching trailer and traveling with a yellow GoldWing (my wife), pull us over and say "howdy"......

Try typing 'DESS' into the Search field up toward the top right of the page; tick the 'Search Titles Only' box in the drop down list beneath it; Submit the search by clicking on the magnifying glass symbol; then spend some time reading/looking for posters in your Region who might be able to help. Or you could go to Advanced Search and try to narrow the results by adding other keywords or phrases; or maybe use Duckduckgo, Bing, or Google, etc to do the searching for you, just add site:spyderlovers.com to the end of your search string in those browsers. ;)

With any luck, the Thread Titles in the results will help you identify the most helpful/likely threads (and the various Member's Locations will help narrow them down to those near you) but the result pages will also show threads that have Posts with 'post titles' which you may not even be able to see that also contain DESS as well as just those Threads with DESS in their Titles that all can see, but I'm sure the results'll be a good start anyway. :thumbup:
