Best way to reset ECU after exhaust upgrade

I am about to upgrade the exhaust on my 2018 RT limited. I'm doing the Lamonster cat delete and Two Brothers SR1. I have seen lots of different ways to get the ecu to reset, anyone have experience with the best way to do it so it only has to be done once?

Why should the ECU be reset? I mean that adjustments of the systems after 2 tank fillings are done automatically.

As mentioned, the ECU system is very dynamic, constantly monitoring and adjusting as you ride.

Install the parts, fire it up, let it run while you install your gear, then go ride.

Just drive it it will adjust as the more miles you put on it. (O2 sensor's)

Start spyder. let idle until cooling fans cycle twice(about 20 minutes). Shut down and restart. Ready to ride.
