Translated: "We got tired of hearing the dealer complaints about the display costs for the Ryker."
No, I don't have any inside knowledge, but I always enjoy reading press releases that attempt to paper over something as basic as, "He lost the argument over our future direction."

Translates to: "We don't know what we're doing, so I'm quitting and letting these two sort out the mess"

A bad fit for the company after such a short tenure is never the fault of the decision makers...... Yeah, right...... Jim

I have an MBA. But I'm so glad that I'm retired and I don't have to say things like “By naming two co-leads for the group, the synergies will be amplified as they focus together on the main priorities.” ever again!

You're welcome but I didn't have to do much digging. Google News fed it to me as an item of possible interest since it's about Can-Am / BRP.

Much can be interpreted from the tomes that are written in "ivory tower gobbledegook."
I did not recall seeing the term "paradigm" in this one though. :roflblack:

No, but corporations don't function like the military, so I'm not sure it's relevant.:dontknow:

Two Co-Leaders usually means the company is not quite sure who will lead it into the future. An arrangement that almost certainly will be short-lived. A new Wonder Boy/Girl will magically appear and rescue the company from its' disfunction..... Jim

:agree: The co-leader situation is, no doubt, an interim situation. They'll either find the one person for the job, or divide the functions into separate management areas.
