I have several tricLED lights and do have the dreaded hyperflashing. There are excellent videos on how to correct it but it seems to come back from time to time. IS there a component that can be added somewhere in the wiring that will forever prevent hyperflashing?

Ask TricLED.

Yes, Resistors can be added in line. I put mine close to the tail lights. There is some discussion as to put them in series or in parallel. I tried the button touching and holding but the hyper flash came back. Solder and shrink wrap and it's permanent, no trouble in years of use.

Hi Lew,

What value resisters did you use, and did you put one on each side?
I will need to do this on my F3S as well.

Hi PW,
I think 50 Ohms, 1 watt, one on each side----BUT those values are just a dim memory in a 71 year old brain. Tricled would know best. Superbright LEDS is another source.

Good luck,
