USB Power charger broke

I am curious if someone tried to pop the USB charger out as I've been using it for over 5 months and its been fine, but today I found it broken and as I tried to get the cable to plug in it was ify to get the phone charging. I finally found the part under it poped off and now I have to replace it.

Anyone else have problems with this USB charger head breaking off?
