Looks like my husband and I will be headed for Galveston tomorrow----weather permitting. The weather right now is calling for rain. I found "the spot" restaurant on the map and we will probably "stop" in!! We will be heading west through Wharton and onto hwy 90 through Shiner and to LaVernia by Friday. Hope the weather holds out for us!
