622 trailer bearings

I bought a used 622 trailer. I have no idea how many miles are on it. How often should the wheel bearings be repacked?

What year?

I would check the bearings. I found rust around the rear of the axle area when I did mine and the bearings were starting to spin on the axle.

Cant hurt to check.

I took mine apart this winter and cleaned and repacked. Pretty straight forward job.
